I made an appointment and when I arrived, I got a call 20 minutes later that the doctor was going to be 40 minutes late. I rescheduled for a later day because I did have the time to wait. When I arrived on that later day, I was told I had to pay up $170 front even though my insurance policy clearly states that all doctors must bill the insurance first.
