We were just traveling in the area a developed what I was afraid was a big problem. Without an appointment, they took care of with a test drive and a solution that turned out to be simple. The tow equipment I had added to the car, was not fully completed. Seems that a support bar for a nut a bolt needs to be removed after installation. They figures it out quickly and had us back on the road. Thank you to everyone! What a wonderful team and experience for us.
The service advisor was kind and quick. The rest of the process I was not a fan of. I called and scheduled for some recalls to be taken care of mid may, they had me scheduled at the beginning of June, they advised they would need it over night, and I would not get a loaner. No problem, I had other ways to get around. They then call me a week before my appointment and say they are over booked and need to push me out 2 weeks, which again is totally fine, things happen.
