Clown level service. We noticed that one of the front parking sensors on our ‘23 Navigator wasn’t reading, and it was obvious to me that the sensor was cracked. Nobody’s fault, stuff happens. We called to schedule repair, which was set for a few weeks down the line. I could not be happier with my experience dealing with the Ted Russel Lincoln service department. I purchased our 2018 Navigator back in late August 2024 used from a small dealership in North Carolina. Early September I took it in to get an oil change before a road trip.
