Selected this repair shop because we thought they would make certain my 23' Bronco was taken care of after we were hit HARD in the back tire area. The insurance adjuster only put down the physical damage that he could see on the estimate (Wheel, tire, bumper and fender flare) but assured me Ford would check everything including the rear end, frame, etc. and replace what was damaged because it was obvious something was messed up internally. Can not comment on my experience because it is not over. I went there because there was more flaking in my paint from a previous warranty repaint on the car. I was told that it would be about a week or so before I would hear back from them. They had to resubmit to Ford and see if they will honor that it is same area since the car had now fell out of warranty. Well I never got a call back. I called and left a voicemail.
