I am incredibly disappointed in the service department at Ted Russell Lincoln. My 2022 Navigator L was brought in for a transmission replacement at 67k miles (under warranty). During that stay, the shop accidentally broke my windshield. They replaced the glass, but immediately after, a water leak developed, a $2,600 repair they are now refusing to take responsibility for, despite it being a clear result of their workmanship.
