A week ago my two kids came over from Denver. We ate there and had the best Chicken Fried Steak that we have had. This place is off the beaten path of main street in Montrose but it is a great place to go to eat. The restaurant is very clean. Ted Nelson is very friendly and his help really did a wonderful job of serving us. The cook did a great job of preparing the food just the way we wanted it. Simply outstanding. Ted makes you feel like royalty every time you eat there.
We had the best experience at Teds. There was a miscommunication about our reservation but Ted still got us a table on a very busy night only 7 minutes after our original reservation time. He then personally checked on our party of 4 several times. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. We will definitely be raving about our meal to friends and highly recommend going there. The food was delicious and the whole staff very attentive. Great job Ted!
