Had Ted come over and he replaced a part that has no warranty and claimed it fixed the problem. It did not fix the problem and actually broke again before I even got the bill. Now I owe him a steep bill for him spending 10 minutes on the problem then said it was fixed and had to go home for supper.
Moreau's did work for me previously and I did not have a problem with them. Mr. Moreau's secretary said they "would be in the area tomorrow", so he stopped by to look at another issue I had with my door. According to my wife, he was here less than two minutes. When they called me back, the price seemed high and I told the secretary I would look at some other alternatives. She said that she wasn't sure that the short stop was included in the quotation.
