Ted was very prompt and professional. His prices are reasonable. For being a first time customer I'm very glad I called him for service. Ted is the one I'll be calling for any future service needs.
I had a very old sooty furnace to replace. Ted came when he said and is a very knowledgeable person. He discounted the price by ~$500 because there were parts that went through the ceiling that he didn’t have to replace. Unfortunately, because of all the soot he had to deal with, and he and his assistant needing to go in and out of my house frequently, they left my newly painted deck and stairs filthy caused by having to go outside and back in numerous times.
