He creates a strong sense of safety and is deeply protective of his clients when they are vulnerable. He is someone you want in your corner, and anyone who works with him learns that quickly.
It's not easy to find the right balance in therapy, and I can personally say Ted brings such a unique energy to the room. He is direct without being rigid, and supportive without being vague.
