James provided great service. Truck running much better.
Felt something wrong with my truck. I took it to my local Ford Dealer Kent Parsons in WV and they told me there was nothing wrong after a few days of holding it. I took it here and they actually went over it and found metal shavings in my transmission and went above and beyond to let me know that I had 5 recalls as well and fixed everything. I highly recommend this place and I will continue to make the hour and 20 minute drive!
