My new-to-me 2018 Ford F-150 needed a new transmission. Fortunately, I had purchased a warranty contract that would cover just this kind of large repair. Unfortunately, the only cost the warranty company was willing to bear was an installation of a remanufactured transmission. The truck shop installed a new transmission at a reasonable cost to me on top of my warranty coverage. The truck shop is my go-to place for all truck services. They do great work at a good price.
I have never posted a negative review before, because I don’t believe in it without going up the chain of command first and trying to get issues resolved. This is the first situation I’ve encountered where the professionalism and customer service has been unbelievably disappointing. Which is incredibly surprising to me with such an apparently reputable company. These folks ROCK! Took my 2025 Transit 350 AWD there for service & problem with TPMS system. In my long life, I've had a lot of vehicles & service in a lot of places.
