Don’t buy Ford vehicles they don’t stand behind them.. Horrible…don’t come here..they said my warranty didn’t transfer from another dealer because it was purchased by the previous owner..amazing how everything was covered until the truck needed a new transmission !!!!
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This dealership knows how to take your money, but when it comes to service, it is a complete disgrace. What a joke of a place. They don’t respond to calls or emails. They don’t return calls or emails. They make excuses. Especially Brandon. I’m sorry - but at this point I need to leave a review. I even called Lincoln Corporate. I mean look at these reviews. Do they not care? They replaced my transmission and didn’t even tell me. They could not locate my car when I got there. Recently purchased a Lincoln Aviator and had an issue that required it to be serviced with-in the first two weeks. I was not happy that this occurred, but after all is said and done, this confirmed my reason for purchasing from Lincoln. The level of professionalism was beyond my expectation, their communication was great, and even when I was explaining my frustration they just listened and advised that they would find the problem.
