What a joke of a place. They don’t respond to calls or emails. They don’t return calls or emails. They make excuses. Especially Brandon. I’m sorry - but at this point I need to leave a review. I even called Lincoln Corporate. I mean look at these reviews. Do they not care? They replaced my transmission and didn’t even tell me. They could not locate my car when I got there. Recently purchased a Lincoln Aviator and had an issue that required it to be serviced with-in the first two weeks. I was not happy that this occurred, but after all is said and done, this confirmed my reason for purchasing from Lincoln. The level of professionalism was beyond my expectation, their communication was great, and even when I was explaining my frustration they just listened and advised that they would find the problem. The sales and purchase experience was great. However, can't say much good about the service department. Won't use them again.
Service department is awful. We have a 2021 Aviator - purchased the Black Label Service from Ted Britt Lincoln of Chantilly. Purchase experience was good. Service experience has been consistently and astonishingly bad. Communication is a major challenge, I feel like I am getting scammed every single time I bring the car in for work. There are constant attempts to upsell - but this is only when they actually communicate with you or bother to return calls.
