The service I scheduled for was add-ons to my vehicle, on a weekday. From someone that has been with Ford for almost forever, then experiencing the patience, communication, and friendliness I had with Lincoln was phenomenal! I was made aware of what to expect to pay before they did the work. I can't tell you how happy I am to have found them.
My Wife is a little high maintenance and glad the service here was able to work with her to get what she wanted. She goes above and beyond for our toddler. Thank you for going above and beyond for our little family!

Terrible Customer Service. Stay Away. STAY AWAY from Ted Britt Lincoln. My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Despite bringing my vehicle in for regular scheduled maintenance, the dealership refused to provide even a basic loaner vehicle.
