Oh lord. Didn't think it could get any worse than our horrific experience s few years ago. Staff was polite but the lack of communication was maddening and had us pulling our service advisor out of a meeting so we could get our keys. What an absolute joke of customer service. Go anywhere but here for your Ford needs. I'd be ashamed to have my name on this building.
**Update** A little over a month after my initial experience, the manager informed me via email that the charges had been made in error. They issued a reimbursement check, which I appreciated. As a result, I’m updating my rating from one star to three stars. I’ve since found the level of service I’ve come to expect from Ted Britt by visiting their Fairfax location. Ted Britt is expensive, the service is poor, and the diagnosis is to be blamed on others, not the product itself. I purchased a truck from Ted Britt of Chantilly a few years ago! Trusting the sales person , due to prior purchase from him, later on I realized the purchase price was way way higher than competitors, specifically Ourisman. well, I blamed myself until I found out the car had radio issues! I was so satisfied dealing with Ted Britt. They have been so helpful, trustworthy, and efficient. They have been honest with me from day one. The manager Malcom, keep up the good work.
The service department is the worst of any dealership I have used. I own a company & have a fleet of vehicles, so I have alot of experience with mechanic shops & dealer service departments. This ranks as the worst. The communication is terrible. The employee attitudes are terrible. They will screw you & have no empathy. Avoid Ted Britt Ford of Chantilly at all costs. They are the worst around.
