Customer service is way below average. I requested an appointment online and never got a confirmation until 3 hours AFTER my requested day and time. Then I got an email saying I missed my appointment. The exam was fine and Dr. Mutai is wonderful. The "contact fitting" price is ridiculous and, even with insurance, still costs over $200 for only a 6 month supply (I got glasses and contacts last year at Walmart for about the same price...unfortunately, my insurance changed and will no longer accept Walmart optometrists).
