Received a call to pick up my contacts. When I went to the office the contacts were the wrong prescription. Left the business without contacts and wasted half a day. Hope I get compensated for their mistake
I went to pick up my contacts because they called and said they had arrived. When I arrived at the office they said, we have your trail pair. The trial pair was not my prescription hence I left the office without any contacts. They are trying to have be buy another brand of contact which I am not interested. I hope I will be compensated for their error.
