Ted helped us find our dream home! His knowledge of the Decatur real estate market, timeliness and professionalism made the home search process quite enjoyable. During our home search, he understood what we were looking for and was able to get us showings on homes the same day they were listed. My interaction with Ted has been extremely positive. I followed up on a Decatur property I came across on Zillow. Within 10 minutes I was connected with him, and we had a great 40 minute conversation about the property and the Decatur real estate/construction market more broadly.
