I always enjoy coming in, staff is always really friendly!
Coming in with COVID was a little concern, however, the team was very professional and caring about the safety of their patients. Sara did a thorough cleaning and explained everything. Dr. Snapp was great! He explained everything and is always thorough and wants you to understand why we need to proceed with any treatment.
I would recommend Dr. Snapp to anyone who is looking for a dentist. My visit was done very professionally and with pleasant explanations about my dental care. I will return to him when needed in the future.
I knew that I was getting older, but when I got home and looked in the mirror, there were new stretch marks in the right cheek of my face, plus there was a new wrinkle in my brow. The Tecumseh Crew was outstanding in their care and patience with me; I didn't even need a sleeping pill to make it through the night. And, I'll be back for more. The 2 1/2 hour "care package" was worth the trip!
I felt they did an excellent job of planning the patient's safety upon arrival and during the visit and upon leaving the facility.
The staff and Doctors at Tecumseh Dental are the best. I like the best that you are treated like family!! Highly recommend.
I was more than pleased with the experience I received recently at Tecumseh Dental. Being one of the first patients to have services done once able to be open in the midst of a pandemic, I felt safe and at ease with the entire staff. Sure . . .things have changed but you can be assured the staff is well prepared in making the atmosphere safe for everyone. I'm sure the challenges are great but it sure is nice to know this office was prepared for those challenges.
With the coronavirus-19 lock-in, I was very concerned about going out, not along going to a doctor and especially a dentist. My fears were lifted, when after calling in to let it be known that I had arrived, I was told to come in. I enter the entry room and was greeted by Cathy, who calmed my fears by explaining the procedure, took my temperature, had me sign a form and led me to an aid who tok me to a room, where Dr. Henry's assistant prepared me for the procedure. I had my 6 month check up yesterday and as usual I was treated as someone special. I’ve been a patient at Tecumseh Dental for over 40 years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Keep up the good work!
