My visit was a delight which is hard to admit when you say that visit was a trip to the dentist. I was seen right away keeping me on track, time wise, with my set appointment. The hygienist was gentle and methodical in the cleaning process leaving me feeling great both during and after the cleaning. The Dentist was also professional, gentle and made me feel like I was an important patient. It is because of these interactions my husband and three children are loyal patients and will continue to be.
They are the most friendly, professional, and dedicated group of dental caregivers I have been privileged to know. If you have had bad experiences at the dentist, this is the place to go. They care about your health, comfort, and the best end result for the patient.
I have been going to this office for years, but this was the first time I was going for a dental emergency. I was treated like a VIP! They got me in for an appointment in just a few hours. It turned out I needed a procedure by a specialist and the ladies at the front desk were wonderful.. I wasn't feeling well and they went out of their way to assist me in getting an appointment with the specialist the very next day even though they were told it would be a month before I could get in. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Always ready at my scheduled appt. time. Dentist and Assistants will answer any questions or concerns that I may have and make recommendations.
The staff was super helpful figuring out exactly what I needed to submit for my Peace Corps dental clearance. They were happy to fill out all necessary forms and provide me with any of the results I required. This was as good as a dentist experience can be! A+++
