I appreciate the high level of care provided by Tecumseh Dental Center. They are excellent in both skill and service. When I needed fast service for an emergency last week, they got me in very quickly and provided amazing care.
Thank you for calling me in for the appointment as it became available with a cancellation. Upon arrival, it was a very quick transition from the waiting room to begin my cleaning. I received a thorough and excellent cleaning, and the Hygienist was friendly and professional. Grateful for great care at Tecumseh Dental.
I have been going here for years and have always been happy with their service. Emily and Dr. Snapp are my usual go-to and highly recommend them, although all of the dental staff is great. The office staff is considerate of busy schedules and very thorough with explaining any part of the process.
We had a conflict with an appointment and they worked to find a quick solution.
Always a great experience. The staff and doctors always know who you are and truly care about you and your family. I always feel great when I leave after my cleaning and exam.
I have always been greeted by name; the staff at the front desk are courteous and knowledgable, and I seldom, if ever needed the waiting room (as compared to 2 recent waits of 22 and 45 minutes elsewhere). The dental techs are the best, and Dr. Snapp knows and understands my medical and dental issues and treats me with kindness and respect.
Dr. Michelle and her staff were on time, very professional and were able to help me with a timing issue so I would not need to return another day. She and her staff are always very very polite and caring.
Excellent service, quality facility, knowledgeable and caring staff, and they're always pleasant. I'm going back. My hygienist was great.
I appreciate the information given prior to operations taken. I feel very comfortable with the staff & procedures. I have had some bad experiences @ other offices, so I certainly appreciate Dr Henry & Tecumseh Dental Center.
