We used Tecum Pools and Spa for 6 years at our previous home and were very happy with the service. They did opening, closing, and regular cleaning. Whenever there were issues they were very professional and quick to address them in a fair way. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Tecum Pools has done excellent job in maintaining our inground pool to high standards and provided best customer service, always available even in holidays.
Aside from a small hiccup around initially ringing the doorbell which sets the guard dogs off, overall service, work, and communication, were outstanding. Inspections of plumbing and pool liner for water leaks were carefully explained and work was done to resolve. Water continued to drop (although much slower) which warranted a call back and retesting of pool liner (at no additional charge). We had a great experience with Andrew while finding and fixing a tear in the deep end liner. Without a professional to detect the leak we would have continued to lose hundreds from the water leaking, not to mention the headache and stress of not knowing what the problem was.
