Thank you Jose! My laptop was super slow and about to be discarded. I knew my laptop was old but I just needed it to work a little longer (a teacher calling for help!). Not only did he work his magic, he also fixed the mouse pad with me even asking! It is very rare to find a combination between quality service, honesty and affordability. Will def. recommended in the future!
Jose is the best! I had two laptops with two separate issues. He promptly came over to my home to help. The screen was broken on one of them. He quickly assessed if it was worth fixing. With the cost of parts and labor totaling half the market value, we decided it best to just backup the data. He disassembled the laptop, took out the hard drive, slaved it up to his laptop and backup my data to an external USB drive. Then reassembled the laptop. Jose is such a miracle worker! He paid me a home visit recently to help me with some of my technical needs. He quickly brought a computer I had back to life after it was in storage for quite some time. He knew exactly how to read those crazy Dell error codes and beeps. Then he did the same for a printer. Deep cleaned the nozzles. Installed the software to make it work and wa-la it was printing like nothing. He also cleaned up the computer and made sure it was up to date with all the security stuff. Had a computer repair need. Jose was able to diagnose clear out my computer. Now my computer is working without issues. Great customer service.Highly recommended.If you need any kind of IT help, he is your guy! I bought a new purse that comes equipped with a battery pack. I couldn't get it to work for the longest.
