I want to praise Julian Rodriguez at Teco took the extra mile to help me. On May 6, 2024, the AC curb adaptor ordered by Trane was supposed to be sent to Carroton for the AC man to pick up with the unit, or sent to the job site did not happen, because the Trane rep. Michael Hathcock mishandled the order. At the last minute, Micheal emailed me and said, we have to pick up the curb adaptor at Teco, my AC man can not go two places due to his prior schedule, and we don't have a trailer, at least can not find one immediately.
