Came in to get an estimate on my PS5 that was having issues. Leo attended me and told me it was going to be a diagnostic fee and then I can decide if I want it fixed or not. Left it on Saturday the 16th of May and they called me about 2-3 times 2 or 3 days after but I was unable to answer due to work.
