My brother used them, I spoke to the manager today and Leo is a JOKE! I personally don’t like their customer service and their lies. They promised to fix it, we patiently waited for 3 weeks. One cell was replaced and 3 weeks later my brother get it back and only works for 2 days! HE doesn’t not have a way to bring back to there shop so the 3 mths warranty is rendered useless, if they cannot pick up the battery and the charger (something that is clearly offered as a free charge) leading to misrepresentation, misleading, false... read more
