Full disclosure - I did not get any machine repaired but what I did get was straight up honest and extremely useful advice on next steps from Andy based on our initial call - he was so helpful and clearly has a genuine focus on helping whether you become a customer or not - its for that very fact that although there was no business to be made he was so willing to help, that I would not hesitate in future taking my devices to him.
