Andy has provided outstanding service arriving the same day he was contacted and recovering a Gmail address which was locked out of for a long time/determining that the computer hard drive was no longer serviceable and replacing it overnight/ replacing our other very old Windows 7 computer with a very reasonably priced Apple computer. As well, he eliminated many Apps which were interfering with each other, generally provided excellent advice, and was very generous with his time.

When my daughter smashed her laptop screen I called Techwerx and I could not be happier with the service we received. They picked up the laptop from our house and delivered it back the next day looking brand new. The cost was less than we were expecting based on the initial research we had done. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
