Very professional and Punctual
Chris was so helpful and knowledgeable. He never tried to “over sell” me and listened to my needs - it rare that you find these kind of sales people today. Most impressive was that after we received the system, Chris walked us through some issues (admittedly user error) on the phone and checked back in a day later via text…no one does that these days!!! Chris is a must if you are looking to set up a home sound system on all fronts - knowledge, sales, technical and customer service.
