I love my laptop but it's pretty old. I didn't feel like buying a new one since new electronics don't seem to last long these days. I brought my laptop here to see if they could install some upgrades and now it's perfect. Great price and great customer service, so happy I found this place!
I came to them with problems I'd been having with my computer. It was running sluggish, and I was unable to determine the root cause. I had attempted various malware/virusscan programs, but after awhile I found about Techsedo and decided to take it there. They were fair, efficient and weren't trying to overcharge me. My parents hadn’t backed up their computer in forever so they didn’t really understand that if something happened the computer they’d need to restart from scratch or pay huge dollars to get it all replaced or restored, whatever. So Techesdo’s employees were the ones to back up my parents data and files and it was not at the cost of huge dollars. So now they aren’t bugging me every time the computer freezes up slightly if they’ll lose all their stuff.
My daughter downloaded games on my laptop which brought on nasty viruses after downloading. I took it to Geek Squad and they wanted to charge me non-refundable $80 just to send it to the manufacturer to have it looked at. It would have been an extra $200 for them to actually fix it. A friend recommended that I ship my laptop to Techsedo which was great advice because I ended up paying so much less for quick and efficient services.
