I couldn't be happier! Ryan jumped right in and solved a major issue for me, which was that we have ~100 hours of irreplaceable audio of open mic sessions from 10 years of campus work encoded in an old Sony file type that isn't very commonly decodable with most audio programs now. Ryan did the research to find a safe tool for us to use and helped us avoid using sketchy software with malware attached, which was why I called in the first place!
