I was working on a term paper when my computer started acting up. I noticed that my entire desktop was missing and I had this fake virus alert. I call many repair shops, but this was the only one who could fix my problem today. Boy, they were fast! Great job.
I somehow let a virus get into my computer where I couldn't start any of my programs. Robert knew right away what was wrong with my computer. I hadn't backed up my personal or business files in months and would have lost it all! I got same day service, and this was at 8:30 in the morning! This place will be my first phone call if my laptop ever goes down again and I will recommending this place to anyone that ever asks me about a good computer repair guy...Thanks again Rob...Taylor
