Dianna Deason is our Technocom Rep. and she has been wonderful, 1st matching us up w/ the correct machine for our business, 2nd in showing us all the additional things that this machine can do, which are great time savers for us all. 3rd, she has been so helpful in answering questions and making sure we understand the training she provided and she contines to check in with us to make sure we don't have any issues or additional questions.
We have been using Technocom for years now and have had excellent service with satisfactory results. Their service is amazing! I would highly recommend them!
I've worked with Chris Caggiano over the last year at two different companies. The first we already had Technocom as a partner and at the second, we weren't happy with our print solution so he was my first call. Always willing to go the extra mile and not oversell.
