we broke down today at technocom our radiator was acting up we just got out of Levine children's hospital because our six month old daughter had to get a heart procedure.Technocoms staff came out and noticed we were having trouble and offered us water and asked us if we needed anything also offered me to come in the office with our 6 month old to get out of the heat one staff member gave Isabella a blanket to lay on and a pillow one employee gave her a bendable giraffe to play with and another staff member offered and gave m... read more

She's already come in to our office once and I had some additional issues printing the booklets and she immediately agreed to stop back by our office to help print them again.
