These people are as shady as it comes look them up on YouTube the way they train there sales guys how to deceive you and be all kind to you and how to get YouTube by their equipment look at the reviews these people have hundreds of reviews that are negative and how they con people they tell you that you're going to get a check to offset the solar panels and it turns out to be that there is no check it is a IRS refund which you can only get one time and it was only for $4,000 when they promise me a $25,000 check and if you do... read more
I recently reached out to Techno-Solis about a warranty replacement for two of my solar panels that had developed a problem. I sent my request in on a Monday, that same day Stephanie contacted me via email and explain what I needed to do to get this warranty replacement moving along. I have owned my Techno Solis solar pool heating panels for 9 years and just recently developed 3-leaks in one panel, the other 4 are fine. I tried plugs, seal paste, liquid and tape to no avail. I contacted Techno Solis fully figuring I would get the runaround and excuses as to why the panel would not be covered under warranty.
