I recently reached out to Techno-Solis about a warranty replacement for two of my solar panels that had developed a problem. I sent my request in on a Monday, that same day Stephanie contacted me via email and explain what I needed to do to get this warranty replacement moving along. I have owned my Techno Solis solar pool heating panels for 9 years and just recently developed 3-leaks in one panel, the other 4 are fine. I tried plugs, seal paste, liquid and tape to no avail. I contacted Techno Solis fully figuring I would get the runaround and excuses as to why the panel would not be covered under warranty. Well let me say I was more than pleasantly surprised by their incredible customer service. Recently I had a technical question on pool solar panels and thought I might as well ask the manufacturer rather than google it. I received back rather promptly a very thorough answer which led me to a follow up question. That follow up question was again answered promptly and completely. I can't say enough good things about this company, their staff and their product.
