TFS are experts in the field. The proposals were detailed and offered a couple of options. The installation was excellent, and all work was done on time, as promised. What I appreciated the most, however, were the people. Everyone, at every stage, was concerned with my understanding of, and satisfaction with, the product. I was treated like a partner in the project.
So glad we selected TFS for our installation. Derek, Tamarack, and the whole team were great to work with. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail were amazing. The panels look great up on the roof, and watching the careful work to make sure everything is anchored and sealed instills confidence. I had a great experience with TFS. First of all they offer multiple choices of panel brands (which I haven't seen any other companies do), which saved me thousands by choosing lower-efficiency panels to construct the same size grid. Their representatives are not pushy at all, which is relief from door-to-door salesmen and ad booths set up in Home Depot that you get from other solar companies. We have had a wonderful experience with TFS. Our solar power system was installed this fall. Throughout the planning and installation process, TFS employees were friendly, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. The installation team was a well-oiled machine - clearly they are very experienced, work together well, and have fun while they're doing it. They are a great company and we had a lovely experience with them. They explained the whole process very well and answered all the questions I could think of. The installation was fast and easy and the system has been running smoothly since. The loan is through a local credit union that's also been very helpful and nice, and I definitely prefer working through them than a large bank.
