We did extensive research before settling on TFS. Couldn't be happier with our choice! From the initial visit through the final walk through everything went perfectly. They are knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They do all the legwork, you just have to sit back and let them do their job. The entire process took very little effort on our part as TFS takes care of everything. If you're in Tucson and you're going solar this is the company for you!
TFS is the only company, out of three, that returned my phone call when inquiring about installing solar. I had left several messages at other local companies that were not returned. The installation was fast and the advice on what to do to get TEP to hook you up was very concise. The installation crew was very professional and polite. We interviewed 3 different companies before deciding on TFS. They were a pleasure to work with from the initial visit through to the system being operational. All of their technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were also kept informed along the way of everything that was happening even though they did all the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for solar. They are a great company with great people!🙂
We have found the communication with TFS to be professional, consistent and timely. We were kept informed of all the steps from the beginning conceptual plans to the final installation. Our system is now up and running and producing as promised. As a home owner the installation was easy and there was no debris, waste or anything left behind. It is obvious that TFS looks upon their responsibilities as a mission to help our planet rather than solely a way to make money. I would definitely use them again.
