Five stars are not enough for the team, Dakota, Lane and Matt. Their crew came and cleaned our chandeliers, ceiling fans and quite a few cobwebs. They were kind, friendly and above all professional. Dakota walked us through what they were going to do and when the job was finished walked us through again to show the finished product. We will definitely use Technicare again.

Technicare staff handled my inquiry quickly and placed us on the schedule immediately for two couch cleanings. Nick fielded my request and Sarah was quick with responses to set us up. Our technician Matt was very thorough. They brought all the proper equipment to ensure walls and floors were protected. One of the couches had per urine stains in many spots due to the prior owner. The stench was completely gone after the cleaning. The couches are like brand new and we will be back!

They woke me up at 9:06 to change my appointment time. Wanted me there at 9:30. The techs were very friendly and did a good job. When I went to pay online I saw they automatically added a 15% tip. This really irritates me. Pay your people enough, don’t expect your clients to pay them. I was satisfied with the job they did but I don’t know if I would use them again.
