Seamless scheduling, minimal wait for service and a fast email to me detailing & reviewing what services they'd be providing along with a quote breakdown. A couple more follow-ups and a confirmation followed giving us a fairly short "window" for arrival. Easy! Our crew called with an on their exact arrival time. They were terrific and reviewed exactly what we agreed on with the office staff for our cleaning service. I’ve used Technicare several times over the past couple years for cleaning out gutters in the fall. This time I called them to clear out a clog in a downspout. I was sent a confirmation of the appointment…an email the morning of service…Nick and his assistant (sorry to have forgotten his name) arrived promptly…and professionally cleared out the clog - leaving everything neat and tidy. I’ve already scheduled Technicare for this fall gutter cleaning and highly recommend them.

Matt and Matt did a great job. Had good communications with each other. They make an excellent team! Communication with me was wonderful, just right. They were pleasant. I recommend them to anyone.
