The Technicare team does a great job with scheduling, sending reminders and sending excellent technicians to perform carpet cleaning. Yesterday I had Matt, who was prompt, courteous, and thorough!
Best carpet cleaners in Columbus, and I have tried quite a few!!! They do an excellent job, we have a dog and they got rid of all the stains and smells that sometimes comes along with having a pet. Not only that, they put down a stain repellent treatment, and it works great for lifting stains!!! We used Stanley Steamer in the past, and they do not even come close to the service and level of cleanliness that I have experienced with Technicare. I am never going to use anyone else ever again! AMAZING! Absolutely Amazing! The Technicians were very polite and professional. They explained the process (air duct cleaning) before beginning. When finished, they cleaned thoroughly. Not 1 dust bunny anywhere left behind. I highly recommend them!!!!!
