RecommendedUm, can you say life savers? These guys got us in the same day while we were on the road in our old, hard to work on motor home and a deer took out four of our windows. We were so impressed by their amazing customer service and they really helped us out of a bad situation as we had to get back on the road due to work asap. I called Techna Glass after another company wasn't able to install a back window in my boyfriends SUV due to an error with the window that was ordered. They got me in next day and even went and got the window to help accommodate my work schedule. Install took 30 min and the customer service was spot on. Highly recommended.
Excellent customer service! I went in dreading that my rock chip couldn’t be repaired and he said it could be! The front office lady helped me try to figure out a faulty Groupon coupon I had purchased and when we figured out it wouldn’t work she said there was no charge for the chip repair that day. I was blown away by their kindness!
