It has come to my attention that you have an employee, Shauna Sais, that is a racist. Her and her followers are calling white people “roaches”. It also concerns me that she is spending time on the job trolling accounts and causing people their livelihoods.
When one of your “nurses” gives prescription medicine out like candy on social media. You cannot turn a blind eye to this blatant disregard for the law!!!

She should not be in healthcare if she had so much hate for the white race,It is so obvious. All people have views, All lives Matter.
