We called and a technician was at our house within 2 hours. Our problem was fixed promptly, and I was given great information on how to further prevent and understand the situation. Our technician was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and quick with the work. I definitely recommend working with Techcool!
Our technician showed up on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He was in and out a lot trying to troubleshoot out AC issue and he wore shoe guards at all times when inside. He fully explained his findings and next steps. Would recommend.
