Every single laptop I have gotten, has been trash! Either the laptop hard drive crashes, the mother board crashes or something! and the Service has been less than quality. For a few bucks more you can get a much better computer from the manufacturers. With all the difficulties, I could have bought a brand new one! Plus, they are WAY expensive in repairs and replacement parts!
