Needed holiday weekend service, they did it!
Called tech 24 for incorrect temperature reading and the fridge temperature not being correct with the control panel reading. Tech came in the first day for 10 mins just to tell us to turn the machine off to defrost. We got charged $175 for that day... The 2nd day the tech came in, he spent a little over an hour and diagnosed that our control panel and the sensor were broken and that we needed to replace the part.
