The words life saver, genius, incredibly helpful, fun, happy, excited. dedicated and brilliant spring to my mind immediately on thinking of Scott and the great people at Tech Zen. Every time we go in Sarah, Kheyla and Scott are very helpful. Great price, great work and they don't half a** anything. We took my boyfriends laptop in, Sarah told us it might not be ready til tomorrow but was done in just a few hrs. Great energy. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
We came in looking for a memory card for our camera and the guy was so helpful. He checked out camera to make sure the card we were getting was compatible and showed us some of the tech features of the camera we weren't familiar with since we were borrowing the camera and not used to it. The price was half of the camera store down the street. I'd recommend Tech Zen to everyone.
Awesome people, understanding, friendly, straightforward. No guess work and had my iPhone screen fixed within an hour or so, & they have a 30 day warranty, even if you're a tourist, they guarantee their work! Just can't say enough about their awesomeness!! Thank you!!
Sarah is so wonderful! Even though it ended up being a software issue that they cannot fix, she tried everything and worked so hard to try and get our iphone working. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable...I would definitely recommend them!
