Needed a phone fixed. Only place to come up online in Moab. Drive to address, no store front. Ask the store next door if it moved, but apparently it’s by appointment only now with no store front and you have to call for an appointment. Tried calling 10 times through out two days during their open hours and left a message with my name, number, and problem. Never got a call back. Guess we’ll fix the phone when we get in Salt Lake City instead.

3 years ago I was working remotely in Moab and my MacBook running parallels seized. That was when I discovered Scott and Sarah and their incredible customer service. Absolutely top drawer everything. Have been back twice since, and the store just gets better. Congratulations on your success. What an asset to Moab.

I spent a lot of time at Tech Zen last week, and Scott and his team were amazing. First off, my phone fell out of my pocket while i was rappelling (#moabproblems) and hit the ground. Miraculously it still worked fine, but my glass screen protector was shattered, so I went in to get a new one. His staff regretted to inform me that the screen was also shattered under the screen protector, and would need to be replaced.
