I have been a customer of TechToUs for many years and recommend the company with the highest level of enthusiasm. I have peace of mind knowing my documents are safe in their cloud. I just purchased a new Lenovo computer based on their recommendation but ran into problems with the installation being an elderly woman. Tech to us is the best tech support I've had and I have been signed up with tech support for 20 years because I write for a living and work at home. I'm probably a decade behind the rest of the world as far as my knowledge of computers, programs, software etc. etc. In other words, I know just enough to be dangerous. LOL. I have had two very long problems over a two day period. The gentlemen that helped me, never once spoke to me like I was uncapable of understanding the problem, which I was. It took almost three hours for one problem and he was very, very patience. His first name was Sage and I cannot say enough about his trying to help me with printer problems, and it was very lengthy.
