The staff at this service has responded to several of my computer questions and needs. They ordered, then included a new battery when my previous one died. And recently, they helped determine why my computer quit working entirely for me, told me what the problem probably was, then told me how to set up, and it started right away! They are so helpful!!!
I had contacted one or two places about fixing a broken USB C port on my BMPCC4k, which is an uncommon camera for people to own. They said that they didn’t wanna touch it because they were unfamiliar with it, and didn’t wanna risk damaging it. Finally, I called Tech Star University, and they were willing to try to fix it for me. They only charged me $100 for the fix (and cost of parts but obviously they can’t control that).
