I got my brows waxed today and she completely ruined my eyebrows. She took off the like entire tail and left two chunks in my eyebrow missing on the bottom line so it's not even even. My eyebrows are too completely different shapes one has an arch and one doesn't. She also made it so that one eyebrow is raised higher than the other I don't even know how she was able to do that. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! Had an awful experience here. The quality of the services I received could have been better but by far what drove me away from ever coming here again was feeling threatened by Lucy the owner by not leaving a big enough tip. I was not satisfied so I did not leave as much as a tip as I usually would but I felt so pressured into tipping more because she would not let me leave until I showed her that I tipped her more.
