My husband inadvertently messed up his emails and recovery info on his phone. Neither he nor I are tech savvy so I reached out to Tech Doctors. Derek came in and saved the day. He actually came to our home! He very patiently walked thru everything with my husband and made sure he understood how to get back into his email and password manager. What a godsend!! Thank you so much Derek!
This is the best, most affordable computer service I have ever used. I am not sure who is in second place, but it is not even close. Derek came to our home, set up our new computer and transferred all of the data from the old computer. He was extraordinarily professional and courteous. The cost was a fraction of what I have previously paid for someone from the local big box store to provide a similar service. From now on, Tech Doctors is the first call I will make if I need service related to home IT needs.
