I was told my drill would be fixed in a week. 2 and a half months later I pick up my drill unrepaired. After call after call they told me the same thing just one more week. Never got my $60.00 deposit back. Terrible business.

I dropped off my chainsaw on thursday, they told me they would have an answer why it wouldn't idle and how much it would cost to repair it by next Wednesday. By the following friday I called them to see what was going on. They gave me excuses why they hadn't called me and said they would call me back later that day with a conclusion as to what it needed. Jerry & his company Tech Central has always been there when I needed diamond abrasive products or service on my equipment. His prices are reasonable and he carries a wide assortment of diamond abrasive products for cutting, grinding, polishing and other masonry, concrete, stone & granite work. Just tonight I needed to pick up some diamond grinding cups & I knew it was late but I gave Jerry a call hopeful he'd help me out once again.
