Requested maintenance, and Darnell was very quick to get ahead of it not even 24 hours later, very respectful and updated me on what was going on when he had the chance! Definitely loving my experience here so far!
From the first visit, I knew my Mind was going to be set on moving into this apartment complex, the Manager, and other workers here are as vibrant as someone can possibly be. I definitely recommend checking this apartment complex out, very friendly and nice neighborhood !! 10000/10
The team at the point has been nothing short of amazing. Jennifer is always there for you to help you with any questions, comments, or concerns. She is the best property manager I’ve had by far! Alex (Maintenance) is so helpful and super nice. He always is informative, knowledgeable, and kind about every issue that could possibly arise. I’ve been here for 4 years and it’s the best experience I could possibly ask for!
I was extremely impressed with thr office when I had some questions about a lease. I was able to talk with Jennifer D. at length. She was professional, polite and thorough. I appreciate that I can directly speak with her if needed.
Moving was a super stressful process for me but Jennifer and the people in the office were a huge help and made it all go smoothly
