Simply thank you for easing up something that could have been a nightmare for us. We were looking for the US version of the VCR cable and those fine gentlemans not only found it in a blink of an eye but gave it to us for free. Moved and lost the power cord to the TV went everywhere looking for one finally stop by Tech Amelia not only did this man stop what he was doing to help us he just handed us the cord and said no charge these guys are very friendly and offer excellent customer service
I went in looking for a power cord for an older laptop that I am giving to one of my students. The guys stopped what they were doing and started looking through boxes to find me what I needed. 15 minutes later everything was fixed up and ready to go.
