Took in my Alienware because it was stuck in sleep mode. Was back out the door with a working computer in about 10 minutes. Very friendly and fast service and great explanations as well. Will definitely use them again!
Great place to buy computers and computer parts but I especially appreciate there low cost, high quality cables for computers and audio/video. Expensive cables are not your "Best Buy" if you know what I mean. Check it out. The people there are really helpful and know their stuff.
