Maybe tell some of your employees when they are handling a $1400 gaming laptop do not sit it on a Dusty Dry counter top and try to remove screws while it slides leaving cosmetic scratch damage on the machine.. I WILL NOT COME TO YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS AGAIN.. I told the guy multiple times not to let my laptop slide across the counter top and it's like he went deaf when I was saying it.. and a " I'm sorry about that sir " is what I get WHEN I TOLD HIM NOT TO DO IT... good job!!!
Y'all, I was very hesitant about taking my Macbook Pro anywhere other than an Apple store to get worked on, but I had no choice. This is my main computer and I run 2 businesses, 100% from it. The keyboard was acting way up, I knew it was under Apple Care and could be taken care of for me, but I was very reluctant to not have my computer for days on end. very resourceful. much better custo.er service than the big box brand. they made us feel comfortable and explained every detail. they didnt try an upsale something we didnt need.
Took in a sick MacBook, they replaced butterfly keyboard and fixed screen cable in 2 days! They also checked, everything was covered by warranty. Friendly, Fast and in this case very Free. Highly recommended.
