Erik did a wonderful job of remotely helping with my computer issues. His explanations were clear, and he went above and beyond my expectations. But, then, I have found that over many, many years of dealing with Tech 4 Life, that will be the case.
The people that come to my home to help me with my computer, phone, etc, are knowledgable, pleasant, and always fix what I asked them to fix. Eric is especially tops in that category, and others have always been in that category. Keep up the good work. PS: The office lady is also always pleasant, and "on the ball!" She is a KEEPER!!! I have used Tech4Life on and off for quite a few years, and they have never let me down. They just replaced the keyboard on my MacBook Pro, saving me from having to buy a new one. In the fall, they found conflicting software that had prevented the wifi from working. I'm very happy!
Alex was amazing!! He fixed the problems that we had, very patient with us . REALLY new his stuff. This is a great Company. I will recommend them to everyone.
I love the remote feature when I need something fixed quickly. I had Erik work on my computer today. He is very professional and quick to answer any questions I had. I've used them several times over the years and wouldn't go anywhere else!
