After years of working with Tech 2 IT, our most recent experience was quite unpleasant. The bill seemed excessive for the amount of work done and when Steve was approached regarding that, he was very unwilling to disuss any solutions to our concerns. His condesending manner and inability to recognize the possibility of miscommunication were disappointing.
